What a great day!

Well today all of the snow almost melted off and we all got to spend the day together it was so nice! Got some great news, Josh will start working in town as of Monday which will be awesome since gas is so outragious! Abi got to play outside for a while, and while she was out there she found a second cat. Yeah I know, Great right? NOT! But thats not all, she actually talked us into letting her feed it left over dog food, see, I told you it wouldn't take long! Here is a picture of her and her new OUTSIDE kitty!

After feeding and cuddling the kitty for a while, I decided to take some more pics, since it was nice out! I love natural lighting, seeing as I can't afford the $500 for the started lighting kit for indoors.  Well, that and I can't aford another $500 for backdrops and set up, I do on the other hand have 2 spare bedrooms that I could empty out when I can afford them! Here are the gorgeous pics we got today!

After playing outside and taking lots of pictures we decided to come in and hang out with daddy. I was innocently editing photos when I overhear this conversation about earings. I was shocked because in that past she has shown no interest, but today she was begging! So we told her only if she could pay for it herself could she get her ears pierced.  Us thinking that she could not, were shocked to see her bring her piggy bank out and count out the $20 needed.  So we took her to get it done, and I cried she did not. She was tough as nails and proved that she was mature enough for it.  It was so cute though because upon entering Claire's she got this euphoric look on her face and turned to me and said "Mom, why didn't you tell me someone invented this many earings?" At which point I had to explain to her that she couldnt wear any of those for atleast 12 weeks. She was totally cool with it, in her words it gives her more time to save her allowance! Well here she is with her first body modification, and true to my word I allowed her to choose when was the right time for her!
